Adolescent in social vulnerability: Shared care with the family

Abstract
This article objective to describe the experience of the Project for Psychosocial Assistance – “PAS”, describing the interventions with adolescents, and family participation in this process. This Project attends adolescents in ages between 12 to 18 years, and their families in social vulnerability. It’s a multidisciplinary approach through integration strategies that facilitate the family therapy process, such as: individual and group educational workshops, family counseling, home visits, school support, contacts (calls, phone calls); meeting of technical staff; Network meeting (municipal sectors); tours and commemorative celebrations. Focused on the importance of: (1) working toward decentralization of knowledge and of its performance, (2) to encourage partnership and empowerment of family through the psychosocial support, (3) and promote the coordination with the school and service network.
