Abstract
The oxygenotherapy is a procedure implemented by the nursing staff, which works at pediatric unit. So, The workers must know the most proper device to provide oxygen concentration, what children need, and put in evidence the essential care to implement that therapy. We have concluded, it is also important to consider the oxygen as a medication; like other kind of medicine, the oxygen is a therapeutic and has side effects, and its efficacy will depend on the way of administration, the posology and special needs care of children.
