Abstract Objective To check if there is scientific evidence to prove that simultaneous intramuscular application reduces pain in pediatric patients, when compared to sequential application. Methods Systematic review of primary studies about the subject, on the bases Pubmed, CINAHL, LILACS Scopus and Web of Science.
