Abstract Objective To analyze the findings of newborn screening tests in newborns from a joint accommodation in a school maternity hospital in northeastern Brazil. Methods Descriptive, cross-sectional, quantitative study conducted at a public school maternity hospital. Sample composed of 116 records of newborns admitted to the joint lodging of said maternity.
