Methods
A methodological study was carried out in the province of Villa Clara, Cuba, in 2020, with two phases, the first was the cultural adaptation to Cuban Spanish through a discussion group session with experts and the second through a pilot test with 43 nurses of the Policlinic Chiqui Gómez Lubián. Was calculated an index with the application of Crespo’s fuzzy logic and, to determine internal consistency of the instrument, was used the Cronbach’s Alpha.
Results
To the cultural adaptation for Cuban Spanish a changed in the expert care planning item was done. The application of Crespo’s fuzzy logic showed a correlation between the items, internal consistency and factors. The reliability of the test showed Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.93 and 0.94 Cronbach’s Alpha standardized, results of the high internal consistency of the applied scale.
Conclusion
The advanced practice nursing evaluation instrument (IDREPA) was considered validated for nursing team of maternal and childcare at the first level of care in Cuba, obtaining high reliability, through cultural adaptation that included consultation with experts and pilot test with adequate indices of validity and reliability.
