Healthcare team approach in mental health grievances of hospitalized children and adolescents

Abstract
Qualitative study descriptive-exploratory, aimed to identify healthcare team grievances approach in mental health of hospitalized children and adolescents, was performed in a medical and emergency pediatric area at a teaching hospital in the south of Brazil. Were 12 participants of healthcare team, and data was collected from July/2016 to November 2016 through a semi structure interview. This study was approved by ethical committee. For data analysis was used Content Analysis. Results evidence, knowledge of healthcare team about grievances, preparation for its approach and actions to face grievances in mental health of hospitalized children and adolescents. It’s concluded that professionals generally attend grievances situations in mental health of hospitalized children and adolescents and are not well prepare to attend them.
