Implications of expressions of violence / bullying in social relations and school climate by teachers and employees

Abstract
We aim to meet and discuss matters related to the manifestations of bullying in the school developed through the perceptions of teachers and employees. A descriptive study of qualitative modality. The Roadmap Participant Observation and semistructured questionnaire were the instruments for data collection. The study followed the criteria of Resolution CNS 196/96. Data were analyzed using content analysis, thematic modality, the emerging themes: Space and School Problems, Presence and Space Concept of Bullying in School; Dimension of the effects of Bullying in School Climate. Was seized of the need to implement strategies that instrumentalize professionals and students to resolve conflicts through mediation and in conjunction with educational approaches aimed at preventing them.
