Respiratory diseases in childhood: an integrative review

Abstract
Integrative review developed in the temporal space defined between the years 2002-2014, which aimed to analyze the scientific production about the health of respiratory infections in childhood. Two categories emerged: Care required for children with respiratory diseases and risk factors associated with respiratory disorders in childhood. The results revealed a grade six, suggesting that the research developed in the area not depict strong evidence. The socioeconomic and environmental factors become determinants of morbidity and mortality in children with respiratory diseases. It is recommended to promote educational practices that comprise a comprehensive care of children with and your family.
