Abstract
This is a descriptive qualitative approach research based on the Symbolic Interactionism and in the theoretical concept of Michel Maffesoli, which the objective is to understand the meanings of a nursing team in a pediatric internation unit and his daily. It was used as a strategy for data collection two workshops with eleven members of the nursing team and the Convergent Care Research was used for the data analysis. The results show an ambiguity of feelings of the team in his daily, which it can be an awakening of emotions, bringing happiness, being rewarding, pleasurable, but sometimes very sad and disturbing. The daily, meaning nursing, is team, care, job, work with, routine and distraction. It’s concluded that, to maintain regularity, stability and continuity in child care, the nursing team needs to create “vents” seeking each other, possibilities of healthier interactions.
