The mother living the life risk of newborn premature in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unity

Abstract
Research that aims to understand how mothers experience the risk of preterm newborn during hospitalization and understand how they establishes nursing care to mothers who experience this risk in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This qualitative study, focusing on careful research was conducted with eight mothers of premature infants during the practice of care in hospital and public hospital in Curitiba-PR. The results indicate that mothers have questions about the care of their babies and from the reactions shown, the fear factor was significant, resulting in a complex situation, much suffering. The study underpins the debate about the practice of nursing care humanized face these situations and highlights the transitional care nurses as essential to support this course.
